At Modern Lighting, we strive to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a hassle-free return process within 7 days of receiving your order. We encourage you to inspect your products as soon as they arrive to make sure they meet your expectations.

Important Conditions for Returns:

  1. Original Packaging Required: Please keep the original manufacturer’s boxes and packaging. Returns are accepted only if the item is in its original packaging and unused condition.
  2. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Before returning any item, you must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA cannot be accepted.
  3. 7-Day Return Window: Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Returns requested after 7 days, or without an RMA, will be refused.
  4. Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be brand new, never used or installed, and in perfect condition with all original packaging intact.
  5. Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price will apply. Restocking fees vary by manufacturer, so please contact us with any questions. Note: Custom items and items priced over $500 are non-returnable.
  6. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
  7. Non-Refundable Charges: Original shipping and processing charges are non-refundable.
